About MeanWellSource

Who we are

MeanWellSource is operated by Pim Network Technology Co., Ltd., an independent cross-border distributor of MEAN WELL industrial power supplies based in Xiamen, China. We hold genuine MEAN WELL stock and sell it in any quantity, from one piece to full cartons.

The company was founded in 2019 and has traded cross-border since 2022. Most of that time went into building and running an online sales network for Airtac pneumatic components. That is a different product line, but the same problem: a catalogue of thousands of part numbers, buyers who usually arrive already knowing the model they need, and specifications that have to be right because someone is designing around them. This site is built on what that taught us.

Ordering

There is no minimum order. One piece is an order, and it is quoted, invoiced and shipped the same way a carton is. If you are pricing a build and need several part numbers at once, send the list and you will get pricing, availability and freight for all of them in one reply.

Shipping

Everything ships from Xiamen, China. We do not run an overseas warehouse, so there is no local stock to draw on and no ambiguity about where your order is coming from — it leaves here.

Orders ship by our standard air-freight line by default. When the date is tight you can upgrade to DHL, FedEx or UPS express for the difference in postage, and we will tell you which route makes the date rather than quote the cheapest option and let it run late. Commercial invoice and export documentation are prepared for every shipment.

Technical specifications on this site are transcribed from MEAN WELL's own published documentation, and every product records the datasheet revision and the date its figures were last checked. Commercial information — price, stock, lead time — is ours and is maintained separately. How we maintain product data sets out the mechanism, including what to do if you find a figure that disagrees with the datasheet.
